General Description
AMT&C Plate Magnets are widely used to remove ferrous contamination such as bolts, nuts, nails tramp metals etc from powder, grain, solid and other kind of material. They are made of 304 or 316 stainless steel panel filled with high grade Block Magnets in various models, configurations and sizes to meet customers' requests. As materials flow over or under Plate Magnets, tramp iron will be attracted at magnetic face until be removed manually. So they are usually installed in chutes, ducts, spouts or suspended above conveyors, feed trays etc to purify material and protect equipments.



(1).Flush Face Plate Magnet(FF)
Flush Face Plate Magnet is usually hung above transfer device like conveyor, belt etc to protect downstream processing equipments by attracting ferrous contaminant out of nether material in transmission.









(2).Exposed Pole Plate Magnet(EP)
Exposed Pole Plate Magnet can be installed in hopper, chute, bin etc to remove tramp iron. As material flow over it, metal chips will be attracted at magnetic face. What's more, both rectangular risen blocks at magnetic face will prevent contaminant to mix in material again by great flowing force.








(3).Spout Plate Magnet(SM)
Spout Plate Magnet provides maximum tramp iron separation in big chute device where cleaning is a heavy labour. The unique declining risen block at magnetic face design can avoid material block and prevent contaminant to mix in material again. When separation is finished, just take out Plate Magnet from chute to clean.









(4).Suspended Plate Magnet
Suspended Plate Magnet provides high performance separation in big volume material conveying. Using cable or chain system, the whole Plate Magnet can be hung over conveyor by dorsal 4 eyebolts and attract ferrous contaminant from rubbish, iron ore, ore sand and other material.
